Brokerage Compliance questions, answered.

Clear expectations make a better partnership.

Which brokerage systems do you work in?

We’re already trained on the platforms firms use most, including SkySlope, Paperless Pipeline, Brokermint, and more.

What do you need from me?

Your brokerage checklist, access to your brokerage file system, and the executed purchase and sale agreement. Then send any additional documents as you receive them.

What if a document is missing?

We let you know early, long before closing. You collect any missing signatures. Once you send the document, we submit it for your firm’s review and final stamp of approval. Want help getting electronic signatures? See our TC + Client Care package.

Do you work with my firm directly?

Yes. If there’s a question about a specific requirement, we work with your firm and its staff directly.

Will you talk with the other agent, lender, or escrow?

Not in this package. For an increased level of support, check out our Transaction Coordination and TC + Client Care packages.

When does your work start and end?

We start at mutual acceptance and stay with the file through closing. We support buyer, seller, and dual agency files. We don’t work on listings before mutual acceptance.

What if the deal falls through?

Our fee is never tied to closing. If a file terminates, you pay a small prorated fee for the work already completed.

Can my brokerage hire you for all of its agents?

Yes. Firm-wide support is set up as its own agreement, based on your firm’s needs and volume. Contact us to start that conversation.

How do I get started?

Book a discovery call. Next, you sign our service agreement, complete an onboarding questionnaire, and we assign your coordinator. After that, sending a file is simple. Fill out a quick online form and send us the executed purchase and sale agreement.

Do you work with agents in my area?

Yes. We serve agents across Washington State, with a focus on Whatcom, Skagit, Island, and Snohomish counties.

How much does Brokerage Compliance cost?

Brokerage Compliance is $200 per transaction, our most affordable package. It’s a flat fee, billed to you directly, outside of escrow.
