What does a transaction coordinator do?
We handle the administrative side of your transaction, from accepted offer to closing. That means tracking deadlines and keeping every party informed. Your brokerage file stays complete the whole way through.
When should I hire a transaction coordinator?
Whenever you want more time for clients and growth. Agents with two or three deals a year use us, and so do busy teams. You can start with a single file.
How much does it cost?
Starting as low as $200. Each package is a flat fee per file. We bill you directly, outside of escrow, once our work is complete. If a file is terminated, a small prorated fee covers the work already done. See the services comparison for more details.
Do your transaction coordinators hold a real estate license?
No. None of our transaction coordinators hold a real estate license. The services we offer are strictly clerical in nature. Real Time Savers is an independent company, not affiliated with any brokerage. We work under your oversight on every file.
Will you communicate directly with my clients?
With our Client Care package, yes. Your buyer or seller hears from us weekly and at key milestones, with updates branded to you. Prefer to handle that yourself? Our other packages leave client communication with you.
What areas do you serve?
